Sales Associate
Do you have a great network and love sales, but would rather be part of a team than fly solo? Sales associates contract with TPG Companies to sell products and services within specific business area, industry sector, product line or geographic area. You choose. Associates work with a business area director from TPG to develop game plans and expectations.
Senior Account Manager
Do you love building client relationships, are pro at service delivery, and are looking for purposeful work? As a Senior Account Manager with TPG Companies you are the project lead for clients in specific industries, business area, service categories or geographic region. You help organizations reach their goals, complete their projects and achieve what matters most to them.
Senior Project Manager
Do you have the right stuff to lead large, complex business and technology projects? As a Senior Project Manager, your role will be to define and lead such projects. Typical activities include:

Lead the definition of the project and development of a business case

Develop and maintain a project plan. Oversee project activities of all team members and ensure that all milestones are achieved on time

Maintain communication with the project Sponsor and other stakeholders and communicate project status, issues, and risks in a timely manner

Manage the project budget to meet project financial objectives
Experience leading complex business and/or technology projects using a disciplined methodology is required. Excellent communication skills and an ability to motivate project team members are critical to the role. Extensive travel may be required. Relocation is not provided.
Assistant Project Manager / Project Controller
A solid understanding of project management principles and techniques and extensive project management experience is required. Exceptional communication skills is critical to the role. Proficiency in Microsoft Project is required. Responsibilities include:

Maintain a project plan by tracking actual progress relative to the plan and producing reports for project manager and project team leaders

Maintaining a project issues log by working with project team leaders to update open items, distribute current reports, and make recommendations for issue resolution to the project manager.
