Board and Leadership development offers an opportunity for newly formed Boards, or seasoned, well-established Boards with a vision to take an organization to new levels. It provides insight of how a successful Board of Directors functions together as a team. TPG uses its experience and specific board and leadership development tools to help board leaders evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the team. With our assistance, the Board of Directors might
